Copy the text, or download the .vtt file.
Paste the text, or use Upload .vtt. Timestamps and speaker names are understood.
Summary, decisions, action items and a follow-up email.
Zoom only has a transcript when it was turned on for the meeting. For cloud recordings, the host or an admin enables the audio transcript, and it appears in the recording's page in the web portal. During a meeting, hosts can also turn on live transcription. If the meeting wasn't transcribed, there is nothing to export, which is where a notes tool that runs in your browser helps.
Open the meeting's recording in the Zoom web portal and open its audio transcript, then copy it or download the .vtt file. It's only there if cloud recording with audio transcript was on for that meeting.
Yes. Use Upload and pick the .vtt file, or paste its contents. The tool skips the caption timing lines and keeps who said what.
Zoom has its own AI features on some plans. This tool is free, needs no admin set-up, and works on any transcript you can paste.
No. This works on text you already have. Align's browser extension can also take notes from a Zoom web call without a bot.
