Align Rooms — a room for every call, with Align taking the notesTalk it through. The board fills itself in.
Every call happens on a shared board. While you talk, Align pins the ideas, the decisions and who does what. Hang up and everyone gets the recap, the tasks can go straight to Linear or Jira, and the room is still there for next time.

How it works
How Rooms works
Step 1 of 4
Open a room
Name it, or describe it in a sentence and Align lays out the board. Share the link: guests join from the browser, no account.
Try one now
Type what the call is about, or pick an example. The room opens in your browser, and you don't need an account.

The board keeps up with the call
Talk normally. Align pins each idea as a sticky with who said it, marks what got decided, and turns “I’ll do it” into a task with an owner. You can add your own stickies, files and links alongside.
Onboarding v2
LiveAsk about anything on the board
Drop the brief, the spec or the contract onto the board. Ask @align about it mid-call and it answers from the file, with where it found it, or says plainly that it isn't covered.
A recap in everyone's inbox
When you hang up, Align writes the recap: what was decided, the open questions and who does what. Everyone in the call gets it by email, and the room keeps it for next time.

The details that matter
Small things that add up to a meeting people trust.
Notes that write themselves
Ideas, decisions and tasks appear on the board while you talk, each with who said it.
Ask about your files
Drop a PDF or doc on the board and ask @align about it. It answers from the file, or says it isn't covered.
Rooms you keep
A room isn't thrown away when the call ends. The board, the decisions and past recaps are there next time.
Recap for everyone
When the call ends, everyone who was in it gets the recap by email, plus a link you can share.
Tasks to Linear or Jira
Send what was agreed straight to your tracker, each task linked back to the call it came from.
Start from a template
Standup, sprint planning, retro, brainstorm, client review, or describe the meeting and Align builds the board.
Questions
Align Rooms are meeting rooms from Align AI: a video or voice call in the browser on a shared board, where Align adds the ideas, decisions and tasks as you talk and emails everyone the recap afterwards. Start one free at meet-align.com/rooms.
No. Anyone can join from the browser with the link. A room started without an account is temporary: sign in from inside it to keep it, otherwise it's gone once the call ends.
3 rooms you keep and can come back to any time and 3 recaps a month. Align works in every call with no minute limits, and guests always join free.
Only if you turn recording on in the room, and everyone sees when it's on. With it off, Align keeps the notes on the board and the recap, not the audio.
